The 175 m SQR apartment is 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all double. Our style is chic and modern, with a focus on light and a mixture of leather, wood, and fabrics. Our apartment is located on the top two floors of the house Seerain. The main floor has 3 double bedrooms one with an on suite bathroom, and a separate shower room serving the remaining two rooms.

The living area is open plan featuring a L shaped sofa with distressed leather tub chairs. With an open fire place as the center piece. There is a state of the art curved 55 inch Samsung TV (with Apple TV) and the designer kitchen is separated by a U shaped glass balcony, it  is  full equipped , and has a 'big foot' wooden table seating 10. It also  is equipped with 2 x Stokke® Steps high chairs to ensure the little ones are comfortable.

On the second floor there is a large glass enclosed landing area with an open plan office and seating area to enjoy some quiet time. This leads to a private master suit with a on suite bathroom. High speed Wifi as accessible throughout.
