In 5 minutes on foot by the ski lift or in a minute in the Seebadi (Lake Pool) - you will enjoy your holidays in summer and winter to the fullest! The 5.5 room apartment, completed in 2016, is located in a beautiful location directly on the Untersee. The south facing apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows gives a view of the Untersee, Fürggli, Amselfluh and Medergenfluh. It has large terrace for sunbathing and a incredible views.
The apartment has two parking spaces in the garage, accessible by an auto-lift, you are welcome to use during your stay.
Arosa is known to be very “snowsafe”, so you are guaranteed skiing during the winter months and your options for sport and leisure throughout the year are unlimited! Read The Telegraph review here.
By car:
Take the A3 from Zurich to Chur, use the exit “Chur Nord” and follow the “Arosa”sign. This will take you to the famous road through the 'Schanfigg', which leads directly into Arosa. The ride from Chur to Arosa takes about 45 minutes and you will pass 365 turns!
Attention! In the winter you will need winter tires as well as snow chains.
1 kilometer after the entrance of the village, after passing the little lake 'Obersee', you will arrive in a big square with a post office and the “Denner” supermarket. Take a left down the hill and after 200 m on the right you find the 2 buildings Seerain. Here you are! Current road conditions.
By train:
Take the train from Zurich Mainstation to Chur. From Chur change on the romantic and beautiful little train to Arosa, which takes about an hour. You find the schedule for the trains online (www.sbb.ch). All trains depart once an hour. After you’ve arrived in Arosa you can take a taxi or even a 5 minute walk, to Unterseestrasse. The house is on the right side just before the Seehof hotel.
